RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Bulk Orders

  • We do not accept returns on bulk orders unless there is a manufacturing malfunction. This includes errors such as printing errors or sizing discrepancies.

  • Customers must provide proof of the manufacturing malfunction. (Photo, Video, Etc.)

  • In the event of a manufacturing malfunction, we will remake the damaged pieces free of charge.

Blanks

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns of blank items.

  • A 100% refund of the purchase price will be provided upon us receiving the returned items.

Third-Party Damage

  • We are not responsible for damage incurred by third-party companies such as shipping carriers.

  • All defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any defects reported after this period will not be accepted.
